We are thrilled to share some wonderful news as we (Doug and Caryn) take a step back and embark on a new journey–retirement! Effective January, 1, 2026, ownership of Douglas Automotive Repair Inc will transition to our family members Jim and Jodi Randa. Many of you already know and trust Jim, as he has been our Service Manager since 2009 and is also Caryn’s brother. Both Doug and Jim came from Caryn’s Dad’s shop–Len’s Automotive Service Center, which was on the corner of Ogden and Washington in Naperville. Jim’s wife, Jodi, joined alongside in March this past year.
Please help us welcome them as they continue the next chapter of the Douglas Automotive family story.
This is not just a change; it is an evolution built on continuity and growth. Jim has been instrumental in our success and in delivering excellent service while meeting the needs of our customers and is deeply committed to the same lofty standards you have come to expect. It will continue to be business as usual, with the same dedicated team, the same quality service, and the same commitment to the Company’s core values of Quality, Honesty, Service First!
